Getting the right fit for you is so important to us. If you have selected the incorrect size or need a different style to fit you, we offer a 14 day returns policy on all FULL PRICE items. *Please note sale, discounted items or swimwear (without the hygiene seal) cannot be returned. 

If you are wanting to exchange or return your purchase, you will need to do the following: 

  • Send us an email at so we can provide you with a postal address for your return or alternatively, you can fill in our contact form HERE
  • Send the unwanted products to the address we provide you with along with a note including your name/order number (if known) and if you want to exchange what size/style to change it to
  • Once we receive the package we will happily provide you with the exchange items or refund (LESS the shipping costs- even if you received FREE SHIPPING) except if the kept items are above the shipping threshold of $89.


  • Unfortunately, at this stage we can not offer free returns therefore all postage costs associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a tracked/registered postage method as we are not responsible for any lost package.
  • To be eligible items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. It can't of been worn, washed or altered in any way and the swing tag must still be attached to the garment.

We reserve the right to refuse exchange that are shipped after the 14 day period has expired or for items that are not returned in their original condition. To complete the exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with an order number.

The customer is responsible to pay for shipping back to us, though we cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

All products go through testing and quality control. If you do happen to receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly accept returns within a 30 day grace period from point of sale. If your item is defective or damaged please contact us at We reserve the right to refuse requests on damaged items if we deem them to be purposefully damaged in any way.
